    Description

    This is a great fitness machine for home or office use. It combines stepping with gliding and also has arm and shoulder exercise combined for a total fitness experience.  20 minues per day will get you in total shape.  It is very smooth and pleaseant to use.  There is no noise with this machine and it is a pleaseant experience, you are in total control during the exercise session.
